About Cultour

Born in Buenos Aires, made of culture. We are historians, guides and travel designers who have spent two decades showing this country to people who want to understand it, not just photograph it.

Since 2005

Our story

Cultour didn’t start in a corporate office. Our story began with a group of friends—students of Social Sciences at the University of Buenos Aires, with backgrounds in sociology, history, politics, and economics. We realized our city was missing something: tours that went beyond the surface. We wanted to share our country with deep love, but also with historical rigor.

What started as a local project to reveal the true identity of Buenos Aires soon became something bigger. Today, 21 years later, our academic roots and commitment remain intact, but our horizons have expanded. We no longer just uncover the layers of Buenos Aires; we design thoughtful, tailor-made journeys throughout Argentina and across parts of Latin America, including Chile, Brazil, Peru, and Uruguay.

Our mission is simple: to create authentic, immersive experiences that allow travelers to understand a place through its history, culture, and people. Because every journey is a conversation, and every trip is a story waiting to be told.

We are not in the business of showing places. We are in the business of explaining a country to someone who is curious enough to ask.
The People Behind Cultour

Cultour was born from friendship, curiosity and a shared passion for Buenos Aires and Latin American culture. Four different personalities, one way of seeing travel: personal, curious and deeply connected to the place.

We’ve been exploring together for more than 20 years.

It started with friendship, a passion for bringing people together, and the joy of creating experiences that connect travelers with the culture around them.

Twenty years later, that same spirit is still at the heart of everything we do.
