It is a unique space for hosting events, located in the Galería General Güemes, also known as Pasaje Güemes. This late Art Nouveau building features an interior pedestrian passage that connects Florida and San Martín streets, extending 116 meters. It was the first building in Buenos Aires constructed entirely of reinforced concrete and is also considered the city’s first skyscraper. Inaugurated on December 15, 1915, its name honors General Martin Miguel de Güemes, a hero of the Argentine War of Independence. In the heart of Buenos Aires, in the basement of Florida 165, this magical and unique space offers an unparalleled center for art and entertainment. It comprises the Astor Piazzolla Theatre and the Carlos Gardel Theatre, both showcasing sophistication, elegance, and the pure Art Nouveau style of the Belle Époque.
